B Shows Off Her Fab Post-Prego Bod

Beyonce unexpectedly showed off her fabulous post-prego figure for the first time Monday night. She strutted through the doors of Carnegie Hall {in Manhattan, NYC} to support her rapper hubby Jay-Z in concert. The songstress sported a hip-hugging Alice by Temperly dress and to-die-for Christian Louboutin platform heels. She sparkled in Ofira and Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and an Alexander McQueen clutch.  

The first-time mom gave birth to baby girl Blue Ivy on January 7.

 In just a month, this diva managed to whip back into shape and step out into the spotlight seemingly flawless.  

While the proud Mommy watched the show from backstage, Daddy Carter performed “Glory”, a song reflecting his love for the couples’ new bundle of joy. With tear filled eyes, Jay expressed his emotions to the audience, “I didn’t think I was gonna make it through that one. That was tough.”


Ticket sales from the event will benefit the Shawn Carter Foundation and the United Way of New York.

Surprise celeb guests included Alicia Keys, Nas, and Questlove.
